Information we collect
Newsletter signup stores the email address, consent time, and basic request metadata used for security. Contact email includes whatever a sender chooses to provide. Standard server logs may include IP address, device and browser information, requested pages, and timestamps.

How information is used
Information is used to deliver requested communications, operate and secure the site, understand aggregate performance, respond to inquiries, and meet legal obligations. We do not use newsletter consent as consent for unrelated marketing.

Choices and retention
Every newsletter will include an unsubscribe method once email delivery is connected. Readers may request access or deletion by emailing privacy@mushrooms.how. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose and legal requirements.

The psychedelic section is written for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
